Routine Appointments
You can book a routine appointment up to two weeks in advance:
- Use the Airmid patient app or SystmOnline
- Use your NHS account on the NHS App or NHS website
- Phone us on 01747 870204
- Visit the surgery and speak with a receptionist
When you get in touch, we’ll ask what you need help with.
We will use your answers to choose the most suitable health professional to help you.
Appointments by phone, text or email can be more flexible; choosing one of these often means you get help more quickly.
Video calls can be arranged on request.
Urgent Appointments
We appreciate that at times you will need to be seen on the day. In this case we can offer you a telephone appointment with a GP.
If necessary, once they have spoken to you they will arrange a time for you to be seen.
We will not accept emails to book appointments. You can book them directly online or by calling the receptionists.
Evening and Weekend Appointments
Improved Access is a Wiltshire wide initiative where local practices are working together to offer availability of services 6:30pm to 8pm, Monday-Friday, at the weekend.
This collaboration will ensure all patients in Wiltshire can access services, but might mean you are offered an appointment at another practice.

Home Visits
Home Visits are only available or patients who are housebound or medically in need.
Please try to make the request before 10:00 so that the doctors can make plans for any necessary visits around their scheduled appointments.
If you are very unwell, call as soon as possible – the doctor may ring you soon afterwards.
If at all possible we ask patients to come to the surgery to be seen; you will be seen more quickly and we will have all the equipment we need, help from the nurses.
We can only visit patients within the practice catchment area.
If you have transport difficulties when accessing the surgery please contact the local Link Scheme, 07484 284670 or Tisbus, 07500 802525 who may be able to help.
