PHARMACY TECHNICIAN
We’re looking for a proactive Pharmacy technician to join our GP surgery team.
About the role:
This is a role designed to support the delivery of safe, effective and efficient medicines optimisation at the surgery.
Key responsibilities include:
· Medicines reconciliation
· Repeat Prescribing and Medicines Management
· Medicines Optimisation
· Clinical Audits and Quality Improvement
· Long Term Condition Support
· Care Home Support
· Multidisciplinary Working
What we’re looking for:
Someone with strong communication skills, a calm and solution-focused approach, an ability to work well in a team (NHS or primary care experience is a bonus but not essential).
